Amados hijos de Mi Sacrosanto Corazón, miren Yo Existo, lo 
saben pero actúan como si Yo no Existiera, Vivo en la 
Eucaristía, entre ustedes y en el mundo.
Verán, no Me vale con que vayan a Misa si según salen de la 
Iglesia despotrican contra diestro, siniestro y todo el 
mundo que les viene en gana.
Vean la realidad de sus almas que adolece de falta de 
modestia, altanería, escaso espíritu de sacrificio por los 
demás si no son de su familia.
Amados, les pregunto suavemente, ¿creen que llenando sus 
vientres de comida y de manjares, así como de vino, les va 
a hacer felices? No, ya Se lo Digo Yo. Lo único que puede 
hacerles felices es Mi Padre Amado que está en los Cielos y 
que para llegar a Él deben ahorrar esfuerzos en comer tanto 
¿Oyeron? ¿Cuántos pequeños Mios habrían comido con lo que 
ustedes toman cada día de sus vidas?
Vean que Llevo Razón Amados, no se trata de que estén a 
dieta sino de que renuncien a inflarse por el mero hecho 
del placer de comer más ¿Me Oyeron? Bien, ya saben.
Les Ama Mi Madre Santísima, Amados, no se olviden de Ella 
en sus oraciones, recen El Santo Rosario, La Coronilla de 
la Divina Misericordia y Mis Llagas y Mi Santa Sangre en 
Letanías.
Les Quiere Dios Padre Omnipotente en La Forma de Su Hijo 
Jesucristo, El Amado de Dios, por los siglos de los siglos.

Beloveds children of My Sacred Heart, look I Exist, you know but you act as if I Did not Exist, I Live in the Eucharist, among you and in the world.
Listen, It is not right to go to Mass if just as you leave the Church start criticizing against right-handed, sinister and all the people that you want to.
See the reality of your souls that suffers from lack of modesty, haughtiness, little spirit of sacrifice for others if they are not of your own family.
Beloveds, I Ask you softly, do you think filling your bellies for food and delicacies, as well as for wine is it these going to make you happy? No, I'm Telling you so.
The only thing that can make you happy is My Beloved Father 
Who is in Heaven and that in order to reach Him you must 
save efforts in eating so much.
Did you Hear? How many little of Mine would have eaten with 
what do you take every day of your lives?
See that I'm Reason Beloved, it's not about you being on a diet but to give up inflating by the mere fact of the pleasure of eating more. Did you Hear Me? Well, you know.
Loves You My Blessed Mother, Beloveds, don´t forget Her
in your prayers, pray The Holy Rosary, The Chaplet of
the Divine Mercy and My Wounds and My Holy Blood in
Litanies.
Loves you God Almighty Father in the Form of His Son
